My flux screens are stuck on Server Standby?​

  • When the screen is stuck on server standby, attempt rejoining the server. If the screens are still showing it upon rejoining the server, this means that it is permanently bugged for that server, and you will have to join a new server.

My flux screens are stuck on Data Fetch Failed?​

  • When the screen is stuck on data fetch failed, it means that it is permanently bugged for that server, and you will have to join a new server.

The lights in-game are flashing randomly?​

  • Check if you are using PWM to "turn them on". As instructed in all pages of the basic tutorial, use the O/X button to turn on/off the light.
  • The PWM light is for strobing (flashing). We know that some of you used to use it to turn on the light – but that will no longer work.

Someone is trolling inside the tech booth?​

  • If you see trolling on stage or in the tech booth, report it in the #report channel on the Discord immediately – this way the moderators can handle it ASAP!
